BUS 4490 - STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS POLICY This capstone course integrates the concepts students have been learned in the various business functional areas. It includes environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and evaluation and control. The course deals with the critical managerial issues and decisions that determine the long-run performance of an organization.
Prerequisites & Notes: ECO 1101, ACC 1111 and 75 earned credits.
Co-requisites: BUS 3330 and BUS 3349.
Credits: 3 cr.
