CJA 3354 - CRIMINAL LAW This course is designed to give students an understanding of the origins and purposes of criminal law, the constitutional limitations on criminal law, and the general principles of criminal liability and defenses to criminal liability. The definitions and various elements of crimes of most frequent concern will also be examined.
Prerequisites & Notes: Take CJA 1100, 2200, & 2201.
Credits: 3 cr.
