CHM 1105 - HOW DRUGS WORK This lecture course outlines the mechanisms by which drugs exert their effects on the body. It begins with a discussion of molecular structures of drugs and their targets in the body, and then reviews physiological aspects of various disease states and the ways different drug classes modify the relevant physiology. This course does not meet degree requirements for the chemistry major.
