NTR 1101 - PERSONAL NUTRITION This course covers basic principles of nutrition for personal health and wellness. Topics include carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water, weight control and other current topics in nutrition. This is an excellent course for students wishing to improve their eating habits and health. This course DOES NOT fulfill requirements for the nursing or nutrition program.
