MA 1119 - FUNDAMENTALS OF MATHEMATICAL REASONING This course will center on quantitative reasoning skills. Areas of focus include deductive and inductive reasoning, critical thinking, numerical and geometrical reasoning, developing number sense, decision making under uncertainty, and mathematical communication skills. These skills will be presented and developed within the context of classical and everyday mathematical applications.
